• Time: Open to the public from 4:30 PM to 7:30 PM Dinner from 7:30PM

Until 31 August (Early Bird):

• Members: $99
• Non-Members: $139
• Visitor: $10

After 31 August:

• Members: $129
• Non-Members: $159
• Visitor: $15

What Will Exhibitor Registration Include?

• Space: Each exhibitor will be allocated a space up to 1.8m x 3m.
• Table: Table will be supplied with a tablecloth.
• Banner Showcase: Inside, at allocated stall
• Chairs: One chair for each stall.
• Electric Point: Limited powered sites available upon request.
• Dinner: One drink voucher on arrival and buffet dinner from 7:30 -8:30PM.
• Vehicle Exhibitors: Parking space equivalent to 1-2 car spaces.

What is the Macarthur Business Showcase? The Macarthur Business Showcase is an expo designed to promote local businesses by providing a platform for them to display their products and services, network with other business owners, and engage with the community. The Macarthur Business Showcase is proudly organised by the Campbelltown Chamber of Commerce in conjunction with Ottimo House.

Who can attend the Macarthur Business Showcase? The event is open to all businesses and community members.

Campbelltown Chamber members can attend for a fee of $99 until 31 August, 2024 and $129 after that date.

Non-members pay $139 until 31 August, 2024 and $159 after that date.

Visitors (non-exhibitors) pay $10 until 31 August, 2024 and $15 after that date. Alternatively, visitors can purchase a dinner and visitor ticket for $66.

What is included for exhibitors?

• Space: Each exhibitor will be allocated a space up to 1.8m x 3m.
• Table: Table will be supplied with a tablecloth.
• Banner Showcase: Inside, at allocated stall
• Chairs:  One chair for each stall.
• Electric Point: Limited powered sites available upon request.
• Dinner: One drink voucher on arrival and buffet dinner from 7:30 -8:30PM.

· Banners / Additional items for your stall are allowed as long as they are within your 1.8x3 m space

• Access to the expo and all exhibitor stalls

Can I bring a guest? Yes, visitors are welcome to bring guests. Each guest will need their own visitor ticket.

Exhibitors can bring additional team members for dinner reservations. Additional Dinner tickets for your Team & associates at dinner fee of $66.

How do I register as an exhibitor? Exhibitors can register by selecting the "Exhibitor Registration" option on our website and completing the required information.

How do I register as a member or non-member attendee? Campbelltown Chamber Members and non-members can register by selecting the appropriate registration option on our website and following the prompts.

What is the refund policy? Tickets are non-refundable for this event.

Is there any food provided? Yes, all registered exhibitors will receive one drink voucher on arrival and buffet dinner from 7:30 PM.

Are there any age restrictions? No, there are no age restrictions for this event. However, we would recommend ages 18+

Is the venue accessible? Yes, Ottimo House is fully accessible. If you have any specific accessibility requirements, please contact us in advance.

How can I update my registration details? You can update your registration details by contacting us directly.

Will there be food available? We will provide a variety of delicious local food and beverages for all exhibitors. Visitors can purchase a dinner ticket, which includes entry, for $66 (member and non-member). Food is NOT available for purchase on the night.

What about my dietary needs? We cater to various dietary needs. Please specify any dietary requirements during registration.
